The terms and conditions that govern your use of B2M Asia's platform and services.
By accessing or using the B2M Asia platform, website, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
B2M Asia provides cross-border B2B payment services, foreign exchange conversion, FX hedging tools, multi-currency account management, and related financial technology services for businesses operating internationally, with a focus on Asian trade corridors.
To use our services, you must be a registered business entity in good legal standing, have authority to bind your organization to these terms, complete our Know Your Business (KYB) verification process, and provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
All foreign exchange rates provided are indicative until a transaction is confirmed. Confirmed transactions are binding. B2M Asia reserves the right to decline or cancel transactions that violate applicable laws, these terms, or our compliance policies.
Settlement times are estimates and may vary based on receiving bank requirements, regulatory checks, currency pair liquidity, and other factors outside our control.
Our fee structure is disclosed at the time of each transaction. We charge a spread on foreign exchange conversions and may charge flat fees for certain transaction types. Full pricing details are available in your account dashboard. Fees may change with 30 days notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws, providing accurate beneficiary information for all transfers, and promptly reporting any unauthorized account activity.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, transactions involving prohibited jurisdictions or individuals under applicable sanctions lists, fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.
B2M Asia operates in compliance with Canadian financial regulations and applicable international standards. We are required to report suspicious activity and may be required to disclose transaction information to regulatory authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B2M Asia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. B2M Asia may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
